Help keep the next step within reach.
Current mentoring and referrals • Structured expansion seeking funding
Individual guidance, practical connections, and follow-through for ChalleNGe alumni and young people from other opportunity-youth programs. Our current work is rooted in New Mexico; expansion follows funding, approved scope, and capacity.
Choose a goal in education, training, work, service, or everyday stability. Together, we identify barriers and turn the next step into a practical plan.
Explore college, credentials, apprenticeships, skilled trades, resumes, interviews, and workforce resources.
Juan’s recruiting experience helps young people understand options, prepare questions, and connect with authorized recruiters. Eligibility, selection, and enlistment decisions belong to the responsible agencies—not Cornerstone.
Current mentoring connects people to available opportunities. Funding proposals seek to expand career preparation, financial education, shared digital access, and approved barrier assistance—each within its own award terms.
Proposed workshops cover budgeting, saving, banking, and understanding credit. This is general education—not lending, investment advice, or credit repair.
Proposed foundation-owned shared equipment would support applications, resumes, virtual interviews, and training searches. It is not a personal-device giveaway.
Founder-built, full-stack web-based systems connect case management and nonprofit administration. Technology helps us keep the person—and the next action—in view.
Goals, notes, referrals, documents, and follow-up records keep support organized. Contact frequency follows individual needs, capacity, and the program plan.
Board decisions, approvals, expenses, tasks, and deadlines support traceable work. Permissions and record history help control access. We distinguish referrals from jobs started and expenses paid from credentials earned.
These tools support human judgment—not certified legal compliance or guaranteed outcomes. Public reporting uses aggregate information, not private case files.
Proposed expansions are not awarded grants. Geography, eligibility, service periods, cohort sizes, permitted expenses, and reporting follow each approved award. Restricted funds are not interchangeable, and costs must not be charged twice.
Financial assistance requires separate review and available funding. Guidance does not guarantee employment, admission, enlistment, or a credential. The 24-month Alumni Success Fund remains a separate proposed pilot.
