Total cost, amount requested, why other funding cannot cover it, and any other funding available or requested. Attach a quote, invoice, or other proof of need.

Choose Routine, Time-sensitive, or Urgent. Include the date needed and explain the consequence of a missed deadline. An immediate response cannot be guaranteed.

Our Board of Directors reviews and votes, then provides a written decision with any approved amount or conditions. Support depends on available funds, mission alignment, and funding restrictions.
Obtain written approval before relying on assistance. A request does not guarantee funding or reimbursement. Approved support must serve its stated purpose, with receipts or other required documentation.
